YAY! Fabuloustreet got some more holos in stock last week! I now have a complete set! I feel accomplished.
Today I want to show you NFU OH 65, the blue holo. This one was hard to photograph. I think the awesomeness of this polish was too much for my camera to handle. It made the focus go wacky! It is SO beautiful in person. And I really like that when the holo isn't present (in shade or away from direct artificial light), its still a nice blue color. Unlike 61, which looks drab and dull without the holo.
I also tried a different base coat this time. I do not currently have the infamous NFU OH Aqua Base which always seems to be out of stock. I used Orly Nail Armor, which has a rough feel to it when dry. I did have more trouble with it than when I used Orly Bonder. I think its just this polish in general. Bald spot city if you aren't careful! I will eventually buy the NFU OH Aqua Base and do a comparison, to see if its worth it. I know a lot of us are wondering about that. If it really makes a difference, or if its just these holos. One plus about the Nail Armor versus Bonder was that my ridges were not nearly as visible! YAY!
3 coats (due to bald spots), no top coat, artificial light, no flash...
Its just so beautiful!
*drool*
Do you have any of the NFU OH Holo series? What base coats have you tried? How long was your wear time?
